SHIPPING

Our orders are shipped using Sendle and Australia Post, where you can track your order online. Because we use this priority service, we are required to add a contact phone number to all deliveries. Please make sure you complete your order at the checkout with the best number to reach you on, and don't worry, you'll only get a call if the courier can't find you!

We recommend providing a daytime address where someone will be available to collect your parcel between 9am-5pm. 

 

AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING CHARGES

Standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150 is free* and standard shipping on all New Zealand orders over $200 is free*.

All Australian orders of $149.99 and under are charged a flat rate of AUD$8.50*. We have an express option available which is AUD$25 on any order value*. 

All New Zealand orders of $199.99 and under are charged a flat rate of AUD$20*. We have an express option available which is AUD$40 for orders under $150 and AUD$60 for orders over $150*. 

*Excludes all Marko Helmets, Sale and Garage Sale purchases.

Marko Helmets incur a shipping fee of $150. This item ships from France.

Garage Sale shipping prices are based on category:

Jackets - shipping cost $25 for Australia/$40 for New Zealand
Shirts and Pants - shipping cost $19.50 for Australia/$30 for New Zealand
Accessories - shipping cost $9.50 for Australia/$18 for New Zealand

For orders with multiple products, excess shipping fees will be refunded.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING TIME

*Due to Covid-19 there are current domestic shipping delays and the below shipping estimates should be taken as a guide only.*

All orders placed before 11am on weekdays will be processed and shipped within 24hrs provided your order is in stock (ie. excluding pre-orders).

Orders placed after 11am on weekdays will be processed and shipped within 48hrs.

Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed within 48 hours of next business day.

Once dispatched, depending on the shipping service you have chosen, the courier provides a 5-7 day delivery service(for standard post), however, please allow an additional 1-3 days for locations outside of metropolitan areas and up to 10 additional days for Western Australia.

Please note that delivery to a PO Box or parcel locker is not available for Sendle.

 

INTERNATIONAL POLICY

We ship globally with the exception of:

Cote d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, North Korea, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Rwanda, Sierra Leone & Sudan.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES

Our international shipping fees are as follows based on your order value*:

$0 - $149 - Shipping cost AUD$40
$150 - $800 - Shipping cost AUD$60
$801 and up - Shipping cost AUD$90

You may be requested to pay further shipping charges whereby you have requested a change in shipping address or delivery time.

*Excludes all Sale and Garage Sale purchases. 

Garage Sale shipping prices are based on category:

Jackets - shipping cost $80
Shirts and Pants - shipping cost $65
Accessories - shipping cost $45

TAXES AND DUTIES

Black Arrow Moto, unfortunately, cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is placed. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer.

Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.

 

SALE SHIPPING TIME

Please note during sale periods, orders may be subject to delay, so please allow a minimum of three (3) extra business days for delivery, plus an additional 1-2 days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.

Any delay or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Black Arrow will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability.

 

OWNERSHIP AND RISK

Ownership and risk of damage to the goods pass to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. We advise checking to ensure your package is intact when receiving your goods.

If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that address) is proof of delivery and fulfilment by Black Arrow and transfer of responsibility in the same way. 

RETURNS

We know that getting the right fit can be tricky at the best of times, let alone buying online. We encourage you to check our size guides and measurement charts to find the right size and if you're still unsure we're here to help you pick the right size or style, just send us an email!

HOW DO I RETURN?

Unworn items still bearing the original label and in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Simply send us an email using the contact form on the website to notify us of your return, download our returns form, fill out the details and include it along with your returning item/s.

Refunds will be issued once we have received your returned item/s. Please retain proof of postage until we've confirmed your refund has been completed. We'll send you an email to let you know once your refund has been issued.

Expenses associated with postage for returns are at the cost of the customer and will not be refunded by Black Arrow.

DO YOU EXCHANGE?

Yes, we can offer you an exchange on your order. Australian customers can exchange for free. International customers will need to pay the shipping cost for returning their original order and sending the exchange out. An invoice will be sent for the exchange shipping cost and is to be paid before the item is sent.

WILL I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND?

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded unless your items are faulty.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

WHAT IF I USED A DISCOUNT CODE?

You may return full price items bought with a discount code, you'll be refunded the full amount paid for the item at the time the purchase was made via your original payment method.

FAULTY PRODUCT

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, submit a Return Request using the contact form on the website and we will help you exchange or return the item. Once Customer Service has reviewed your request you will receive an email containing your RA number and instructions on how to return your item(s) to Black Arrow.

MARKO HELMETS

Marko Helmets are not eligible to be returned due to hygiene reasons. Please ask all questions before placing your order.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are non refundable. If you're unhappy with your purchase, sale items can be returned for store credit EXCEPT in the case of Garage Sale items that are non refundable or returnable. All items in the garage sale are final sale - no returns, no refunds, no exchanges. Not in conjunction with any other offer. No further discounts applied. All efforts have been made to list any major faults and issues for each item. Please purchase Garage Sale items carefully.
