BAM Burnout Giveaway – Full Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the BAM Burnout Giveaway (“Promotion”) run by Black Arrow Moto, located in Australia. By submitting an entry, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Promotion Dates

The Promotion runs from 12:00am AEDT 26 November 2025 to 11:59pm AEDT 9 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
Only purchases made within this timeframe are eligible.

2. Eligibility

• Open to entrants worldwide, aged 18 years or older.
• A valid purchase of any Black Arrow Moto product during the Promotion Period is required.
• Purchases may be made via the Black Arrow Moto website or through any official stockist worldwide.
• Employees of Black Arrow Moto and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  1. Purchase any Black Arrow Moto product between 26 November and 9 December 2025.

  2. Complete the online entry form, including:

    • Full name

    • Email address

    • Store/stockist purchased from

    • Order or receipt number

    • Number of Black Arrow items purchased

    • Upload of valid receipt or proof of purchase

    • Agreement to these Terms

  3. Submit a separate entry form for each purchase if entering more than once.

Black Arrow Moto reserves the right to verify all entries, request additional proof, and reject illegible or fraudulent receipts.

4. Prizes

1st Prize

• $500 Black Arrow Moto voucher (AUD)
Redeemable online only at blackarrowlabel.com, valid for 12 months, and not redeemable for cash.
Voucher cannot be used toward helmet purchases.

2nd Prize

• One pair of Black Arrow Queen Bee gloves

3rd Prize

• BAM Merch Pack
Includes:

  • Black Arrow Cap

  • Black Arrow Bandanna

  • BAM Socks

  • Black Arrow Keyring

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Style and colour subject to availability.

5. Winner Selection

• Winners will be drawn at random on 12 December 2025 AEDT.
• Winners will be contacted via the email provided.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Black Arrow Moto may redraw the prize.

6. Mailing List Consent

By submitting the entry form, entrants agree to join the Black Arrow Moto mailing list and receive marketing communications.
Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email.

7. Privacy

Personal information is collected solely for the purpose of running this Promotion, verifying receipts, contacting winners, and managing email communication.
Information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary for prize fulfilment.

8. Disqualification

Black Arrow Moto may disqualify entries that:
• Contain false, incomplete, or misleading information
• Submit altered or invalid receipts
• Attempt to enter multiple times using the same purchase
• Breach these Terms & Conditions

9. General Conditions

• Black Arrow Moto is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or incorrect contact details.
• Black Arrow Moto may modify, delay, or cancel the Promotion if necessary.
• Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
